A cutting edge urban workout space offering a wide range of classes from calming yoga to high-energy spin.

Situated in the spacious loft of Chester House with spectacular views across London, Fulham Fit offers an escape from office life to Fulham Green’s tenants. In addition to free gym membership, a wide range of attractively priced classes are on offer within a separate ‘studio’ space.

Led by Fulham Fit’s experienced and friendly instructors, classes are held at convenient times to suit your busy lifestyles and group sizes will be limited to 5 to 8 clients, depending on the type of class. Fulham Fit has been kitted out with the ultimate Technogym equipment (the highest specification ‘Artis’ range) and Technogym’s brand spanking new spin bikes are installed and raring to go in our very own spin studio.

Please register for your free gym membership online and an access card will be made available for you at the Fulham Green reception. Note that this card will also give you access to the gym lockers while you are using the gym. Once registered, you will be able to use the gym at your convenience between 6am and 10pm.

SPIN

Spin Spin Spin! A high-energy class to shred calories fast and get in shape for the year ahead.

Fulham Fit’s brand spanking new Technogym spin bikes are installed and raring to go in our very own spin studio. Spinning has stood the test of time as one of the most highly effective fat-burning regimes and remains a popular choice for those looking to get in shape and boost energy levels in short, sharp blast classes.

Fulham Fit’s spin artists design our high-octane classes to accommodate all levels of fitness, allowing clients to adjust speed and resistance according to their own stamina, although pushing yourself to the limit is imperative! Spin classes are 45 minutes long and are limited to 8 clients to ensure that each and every client receives a personal level of attention.  Please book online to save your bike!

PILATES

Fulham Fit’s pilates master will hold small classes in the studio focused on flexibility, strengthening and toning.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that enhances your core strength, leading to wondrous results from improved coordination and balance to tighter bums and flatter tums! The discipline was pioneered by Joseph Pilates during the first half of the 20th century. With the fundamental belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, he developed a system of exercises which strengthen both the mind and body simultaneously.

The Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified according to ability, which allows us to accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced in our classes.

YOGA

Yoga classes will be led by Fulham Fit’s expertly-trained yoga guru, who will focus on two distinct disciplines.

Hatha yoga is a slower-paced and gentle style of Yoga practice that focuses on breathing and learning poses. These postures stretch and align the body promoting balance and flexibility by holding poses deeper and longer. The benefits are immense, relieving stress and promoting a deeper relaxation, whilst still providing physical exercise. Great for all who sit at their desks for far too long!

Vinyasa Flow is a more challenging form of yoga. This is a great class for increasing your stamina and furthering your ability. Poses are intelligently linked into a sequence so the majority of the class is a flow. Expect to sweat and be inspired and challenged in equal measure!

CIRCUITS

Circuit training at Fulham Fit will be held in classes of up to five clients, allowing for individual attention from our expert personal trainers.

Circuit training is a highly effective way to increase your fitness levels and get in shape, quickly! The circuits will include both cardio drills and weight routines to strengthen, tone and burn fat in an intense one-hour session. Circuit training at Fulham Fit is a shared personal trainer session; it is ideal for those looking for speedy results with a personal touch.

Working with a small group, the instructor is able to modify exercises depending on your ability and all fitness levels are welcome.

Fulham Fit is located in the spacious loft of Chester House at Fulham Green. In order to access the gym, please register online and you will then be able to collect a Fulham Fit access card from reception. (Note that this card will also give you access to the gym lockers).

Fulham Green is exceptionally well-connected, sitting on the intersection of several main travel routes and overlooking the River Thames, 100 metres north of Putney Bridge. Fulham Green is also adjacent to Putney Bridge Tube station and is located where the New Kings Road and Fulham Palace Road converge, allowing easy access for staff and clients by either public transport or by road.
